How long does shipping take for complete BMX bikes?

Most complete bikes are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship BMX parts and bikes worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

What is your return policy for parts and apparel?

We offer a 90-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built wheels or used parts cannot be returned.

Will my bike arrive fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a basic tool kit and instructions with every bike purchase.

Do you provide a warranty on frames and forks?

All products carry the full manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a structural failure, contact our support team with photos and your order number to start a warranty claim.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free financing options through Klarna and Affirm for eligible orders.
